Q. I get this feeling that feels like bugs are crawling on me. This just started a couple of days ago. Could it be a vitamin deficiency?

A. What you are describing is a bit non-specific. The medical term for an odd type of sensation like "bugs crawling on the skin" is paresthesias. There are many different causes including some vitamin deficiency's such as vitamin B12 deficiency. Other causes may include thyroid disorders, diabetes, various neurologic disorders such as peripheral neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and psychiatric disorders, amongst others. I would suggest you see your physician for evaluation.
