I experience severe panic attacks while flying. Sometimes they even begin the day before I have to fly. Consequently, I do not fly unless in an emergency and when I do I take prescription Xanex. I am 5 weeks pregnant. I already know I will have to travel in April and the only way to get there is to fly. Can I still take my medication? If not, what can you suggest? I am a family advocate and am about to start a case where the therapist suggests Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am unfamiliar with DBT and have been scouring the web trying to come up with a clue.
