I read your info on Klinefelter and I believe I have the mosaic XXY/XY type. I have some of the symptoms, notably lack of facial hair, a low muscular mass, and mid-size testicles. Unfortunately my parents weren't caring enough to take action (considering I had very little learning disabilities.) I am now 20, and would like to know if a testosterone treatment is too late? Or if I can still have a normal body structure, facial hair, etc.?

I have read a case study that involved a 23-year-old male patient with paranoid schizophrenia receiving nizatidine with olanzapine. The end result was it prevented him from gaining the weight that he had gained when he was only on olanzapine. Has any further clinical trials been conducted regarding nizatidine used to control weight gain associated with olanzapine? If so, what were the results?
