Can smokers who have generalized anxiety safely take Wellbutrin? I've read so many conflicting accounts. Some say it greatly increases anxiety; some say it helps. Is it reasonable to add something like Ativan to the Wellbutrin?

What suggestions do you have for night terrors? I have an 11-year-old male, bipolar client who has terrible night terrors that includes screaming, yelling, hitting, etc. Any advice will help! It has gotten to the point where neighbors are calling the police from all of the yelling in the middle of the night. Should he be woken up? Or should he sleep through it?
