Are there support groups available for just diagnosed or first stage Alzheimer's? Is there educational material available for the patient, not the caretaker?

I've been looking over a year for a good book explaining schizoid personality disorders in laymen's terms. I'd really like to find true-life accounts in magazines or books. Especially about how someone who loves a person with personality disorder can live with, get along with, and maybe even help in some way. What are the ways to cope; what is helpful and normal in them? There seems to be lots of information about many other types of disorders but I have had trouble finding anything on this. Can you help?

Are there any antidepressive medications that can be used by a poor metabolizer of the P-450 drugs? It appears that all of them utilize one or more of the subsets. What about MAO inhibitors? Are they metabolized by the P-450 isozymes?
