Question: Does OCD go away with age? I have had it for a long time and therapy just keeps me in check. Lately I started to pull my hair out. I thought I was too old to get this (trichotillomania).    Dr. Pies' Answer

Question: Does someone who is bipolar understand the difference between right and wrong while in a manic or depressive state? I know that it certainly influences their behavior during those times but I have not found any evidence that it affects their value system as to what they believe is right or wrong.    Dr. Pies' Answer

Question: How would you suggest people deal with situational depression? If someone is depressed because of world events, due to going through a divorce, or due to being fired, are they treated differently than someone who is depressed without any specific cause?    Dr. Pies' Answer
